I shall refine my Campus AR Kit further based on my Task 3 project. I have decided to begin by creating an AR effect capable of recognising campus ID cards.
I intend to design a student card within Figma that can display our information.
I intend to add a button to the AR camera to assist me in recognising this student card.
Additionally, an optimisation has been implemented to add a back button.
I have placed my student card here so that it can be viewed directly; after my modifications, it is now more intuitive.
Next, we shall proceed to enhance the visual presentation of the previous timetable information.
I have designed more detailed course information in Figma.
As I am using Windows and cannot build for iOS, I shall provide my source files. They are organised in the same folder structure as Task 3. The link is below:

Reflection:
Developing the Augmented Reality (AR) prototype for my final project was a challenging but rewarding experience that significantly strengthened my technical problem-solving skills. The main goal of this project was to create a smooth narrative flow in which users interact with 3D signage to verify their student identity, seamlessly connecting physical space with digital interaction.
Throughout the development process, I encountered several technical obstacles. One of the earliest challenges involved 3D interaction logic, where user clicks on the signage were not being detected. After multiple rounds of testing and debugging, I realized the importance of properly configured Box Colliders and raycasting. By adjusting these elements and refining the interaction script, I was eventually able to trigger the UI reliably.
Another major issue arose during scene transitions. The application repeatedly crashed when switching scenes, which led me to discover that all scenes must be manually added to Unity’s Build Settings. This was a critical detail I initially overlooked. In addition, I encountered a black screen problem in the secondary scene, which I resolved by correctly assigning the ARCamera tag and adjusting the canvas rendering mode to ensure proper visibility.
Overall, this project highlighted the importance of balancing creative storytelling with precise technical execution in AR design. By the end of the process, I successfully delivered a functional prototype that bridges the physical and digital worlds. More importantly, the experience strengthened my confidence, resilience, and ability to troubleshoot complex systems within Unity.
